Security Personnel Selection
Our company maintains close contact with the relevant government authorities for the selection of potential candidates to be trained as security officers.
Our selection criteria include intellectual skills with proven ability to read and write in French fluently.
The training focuses on easy ways to measure performance within the realm of the international training modules on guarding and monitoring.
The training is provided in a very practical way. The classroom training is limited to the minimum time necessary and most theoretical information is provided through written materials and video instructions. New technologies (Multimedia, distance learning) are also used whenever possible. All theoretical information will be made in relation to the practical context on security basics.
Our security officers are subject to a quarterly test based on contract and site procedure knowledge to ensure the customer of the correct application of the procedures agreed with our company. Other tests include the observation and honesty tests which results will be communicated to the customer, monthly, on a database.
